Price per square foot is cheaper than properties around it. I have an Assignment currently for sale in Woodbridge and it's larger with more features but 1140' @ $619k.

I'd say in the 500s somewhere. Mid low.

Based on that kitchen, I'd say its worth nothing...lol

My nieces fisher price kitchen set is bigger and more functional that this house...embarrassing.

Given the top 3 most important factors in RE are 1) location, 2) location, 3) location, it's very hard to answer the question without being intimate with the neighbourhood and comparibles.

Seems a bit too cheap. Check to see if there was a murder in that house or something.

Ran into a house that was priced very cheaply in Etobicoke North last year. Detached, had 2 beautiful trees, neighbours were seniors, everything was upgraded, beautiful garden, interlock, had a beautiful park nearby. Was priced in mid $500s. Googled the address, typed the word "murder" along with it and found a news article titled something along the line of "woman murdered in cold blood" from 2001. Always do your research folks.

Have you seen the location? Doesn't matter if it's a mansion, it's a few blocks to a maximum security detention centre, and you are right next to the tracks and in industrial area with a run down industrial building as your neighbour. So cozy!

it also looks like one of your 'Let's buy cheap land and build a cheaply built condo townhouse on top of it and make a profit' developers.

Asian foreign investors stay away from train tracks and highways, so no this is terrible investment. If you want to live in it, then by all means. But if I had a choice, I put my money into a smaller 2 bed 1 bath condo unit near lakeshore blvd. They are similarly priced.

Minto is considered to be one of the best developers.
I have some friends that only buy Minto projects, they would buy a property in many of their projects and refuse to buy from a different builder.

I must be the only one who wouldn't care (and would be glad to get the bargain)? It isn't like the house was evil and forced someone to kill lol.

We own a Minto townhouse here in Ottawa and have zero problems. As a matter of fact, the soundproofing is excellent. We are an inside unit and we don't hear our neighbours (and they say they don't hear us). I would have no problem purchasing a Minto. I should say, ours was from 2001 (we bought it 3 years ago). I can't say what their newer stuff is like, but I'm happy with our 2001 townhouse.
