Cisco PAP2T-NA: basic analog telephone adapter with 2 phone jacks for 2 lines
Cisco SPA-2102-NA: same ATA function as the PAP2T, but it also includes a router. It's not a very high-performance router, so just meant to allow some networking flexibility, not a replacement for a standard 4-port ethernet router. The internal processor is also a bit faster than the PAP2T, allowing it to support simultaneous use of high compression codecs on both lines at once, but that's a very minor thing.
Cisco SPA-3102-NA: has one FXS port (same as one of the ATA ports on the above), plus one FXO port for connecting to an external analog telephone line. Allows connection of phone attached to FXS port to either VoIP service or analog FXO telephone line.
If you don't know what you want, and you think you just want to hook up VoIP service, buy the cheapest one of these 3 (probably the PAP2T). Any of them will do.
