it can push FPS that high? I just assumed it was t.v. rez which is 320x240? or 640x480...

HDTV runs at that high res...
only few games support 720p, and even fewer at 1080i. Though the ones at 1080i still run at 30fps smoothly Reply With Quote

Not all games run at that resolution although many are at least 480.
Also remember, most games don't use any FSAA of any sort so it can get quite jaggy at progressive scan

Yeah, however i'd take jaggy-but-sharp-and-colorful (480p) over smooth-but-dull-and-less-detailed (480i) anyday...
Just got an HD pack for my X1 too (AND halo2 for my bday a few days ago).. cant play, study
