If you're open to the GTA, visit erindale park, centennial park, etc

Royal Botanical Garden if you're willing to travel west. I'd say it's worth it.

Isn't that in Burlington? I've shot weddings there.
OP said Toronto. Burlington is like 45 minutes by highway west of Toronto!
Anyway...
Centre Island is fun, good place to walk around and good scenery overall. No cars!
