What speed should i be getting with bell high speed?
I'm subscribed with bell sympatico high speed edition.
What download speed and what upload should i be getting on average?

my upload speed is perfectly fine. i can acheive 70 to 80KB/s no problem.
However my download speed is so slow...I can only get about 29.5 to 50 KB/s.
Anyone know what my problem is?!?!?_______________

Compared to the average of 638 tests from bell.ca:
* download is 90% better, upload is 11% worse

I can get 516-516 kb/s for downstream, upstream about 70-80 kb/s
