Sharing some of my pics...all Korean dishes.

Raw Fish with rice and veggies (Hoedeopbap recipe from Maangchi).

Pajeon seafood pancake

Bo Ssam - Momofuku. Notice I cut the pork to much smaller size than the recipe normally calls for. More crust and faster cooking times.

Seaweed soup - MiYukGuk....recipe from Mangchi however I add some chopped kimchi and juice to my soup. Very easy recipe and easy to make. BTW A little seaweed goes a long long way.

Craving Jane's Pub Chicken Sandwiches. I had Two poptarts, a slice of bread with butter, and flavoured water for lunch and planning on having Pizza for dinner. Ah, the single life.

Craving Real McCoy's Mojo Burger.

But because I am broke, I'll probably eat instant noodles for dinner or go to my parent's for their leftovers...

Tuna tartar (with avocado, sesame cucumber spaghetti, pickled ginger wasabi cream)

I would be in heaven if I got to eat that for lunch!

Dinner was...

Ricotta with peach and bacon bit ravioli. Fresh home made pasta dough and ravioli. I deglazed the (bacon) pan with white wine and add thinly sliced onions and more peaches and finally cream for the sauce.

Then a caprese salad but I added a few drops of truffle oil.

Finally braised beef rib, pork rib and sausage served on a bed of creamy polenta made from adding veal stock, Parmesan and butter.

Wine was a Cab-Sauv from Magnotta.

Then Pannetone and espresso afterwards.

Just came back from Dragon Legend Buffet. I was pretty impressed. The food was pretty good for an Asian buffet. The salmon sashimi they had was better than most actual ayce sushi places. It was a little soft but the flavor was good.

They also gave out 2 pieces of red tuna and scallop sashimi per person. The scallop was especially delicious.
