What is your Internet Plan and how did you get it?

I'm currently looking to get a new plan because my old plan is about to expire

Current Plan: Rogers 100/10 Mbps Unlimited @ $80(ish)/month (with tax)
Satisfied: Not anymore

I have my eyes on Rogers 1 Gbps / 30 Mbps Unlimited @ 79.99/month
But it's for new customers and goes to $152.99/month after 12 months.

Teksavvy 40/10 $49.-

Had it for 3 years so far - no problem

Plenty fast enough for our purposes - I especially like the upload speed

DSL carrytel 50/10 for $40. Current promo for awhile. Not really looking for cable due to the risk of congestion

One may not have a choice - I had DSL with Teksavvy but I'm too far from the CO to get acceptable speeds.
DSL speeds were definitely more consistent compared to cable - just limited in speed in my situation.

Axia I assume? Are you using your own router? I've been so tempted to switch. If you don't mind, could I PM you with a few questions?

Rogers 60/10 Unlimited at $49.99 / month (plus tax). Rogers gave it to me even though it says new customers and they took $10 off since I have my own modem (but still gave me a new modem).
Bell - Unlimited Canada Wide Calling, Intl Text + 6GB of Data - $50

Plan: Carrytel 75/10 RFD special

The plan is even better than when I got connected late last year. I had to buy the modem, now modem is included. And now its $24.99 for the first month, then $34.99 per month afterward. No fees or contract

Satisfied with connection : Most definitely

You are correct; it's Axia. I have my own router, although they do provide a wireless gateway (as do all ISP's these days). They just upgraded their units to provide low-level AC speeds, which isn't too bad.

I should also mention...unlimited data :)

Go ahead and PM, if you like.
