Saw several new items in the 'prepared/take and bake section' curious if anyone has tried any of these, and if you do can you come back and say what you thought of them.
First is a tray of chicken quesadilla's they looked pretty good. They also have two soup kits one that is chicken noodle, and the other one an Asian beef, this one looked more like a stir fry to me because the beef strips had sesame seeds. There is a new prepared salad as well beets with mandarin oranges and a number of other things, I was in a rush so didn't have a lot of time to check out the ingredients.

On the cauliflower pearls. riced cauliflower I agree with everyone else, I bought this and thought it had a weird taste, I ended up just using it in soup, won't be buying it again. Better to just buy an actual head of cauliflower.
I saw the soups, I too thought they were a stir fry... never saw any take and bake, what was it?

Bought the bean crisps chips today, not bad, they will make a nice snack for work.
That's my 2cents worth

They have an Asian Beef Soup kit and a Thai Beef Salad here. The Beet and Orange salad sounds kind of good, I just wish it had goat cheese or feta instead of cottage cheese.

New frozen item, Swiss Chalet individual chicken pot pies, 8 in a package, Can't recall the price, maybe around $15?

The chicken quesadillas are take and bake, says to heat them in the oven or on the stovetop for something like 10 minutes

I saw a shrimp and lobster pasta 'take and bake' there on the weekend. Is that new? It was around $28-$29 depending on weight. We tried it and personally I did not find it to be anything special. Not bad by any means, but I don't think it was worth the price tag.

The shrimps are awesome for Asian hot pot! Easy to peel and pretty darn sweet and tender. Are you referring to the frozen shrimp wonton soup?

Those shrimps regularly appear on Wagjag. I buy 4lbs of 16-20 size for about $40. We've even 'cued them, they're that big.

Yup the shrimp wonton soup. I add lots of vegetables to it like bok choy, snow peas etc. Hope it comes back soon.

Can't believe how inexpensive scallops are at Costco. Are they always this inexpensive? (About 10 large scallops at $10). Pumpkin Pie $5.99 - first time trying Costco pumpkin pie. So bought these to make Thanksgiving dinner tonight.
Also bought stuffed salmon for tomorrow thanksgiving.

One thing I think they've been selling for a while that I just noticed was frozen avocados. It was like $15 for a 1kg (might be off on the weight) bag of pre-sliced avocados.

I think this is amazing, because it costs a stupid amount to buy avocados, half the time they're not ready and you have like 30 minute window to eat them otherwise they go bad. This takes all the guesswork out of it. I love it.
