i heard of brands like Emzone, dust off, flacon.
which is the better and why?

I think they're all the same type of compressed gas (difluoroethane?), which as mentioned is by a large margin cheapest at Costco.

I just bought one can at NCIX (on sale this week for about $5).
Probably will use it for a full year._______________

Just buy whichever you can get the best deal on. Some of the cheaper ones (like the EMZONE ones I bought before) had the straw coming out while using it. I didn't have this problem with the Falcon or Staples brands.
I bought a few last time CTY had a sale for $3.99 each (search the forum for details).
