games that are opened (in the case of preowned, the seal is broken) are non-returnable, unless there are defects, then they'll replace it for u
i believe its within 14 days_______________

doesnt EB buy your used games from you?
-
May 3rd, 2005 08:02 AM #6Ya, if you just bought it for $59.99 and haven't even opened it, they may give you $10. If older maybe $5 and if the box or instructions are missing you better be prepared to pay them to take it off your hands. lol

I remember when EB games had the most generous return policy in the entire industry. You can return OPEN games within 14 days! But alas, that didn't last too long. I once bought a crappy Xbox game and returned it for Splinter Cell

EB is one of those stores that with each passing second gets worse.
EVERYTIME I buy something I end up regretting I didn't just buy it at Walmart or Futureshop. EB makes you pay extra beyond the inflated prices to beable to return a defective item the same as you can do for free at Walmart or Zellers._______________

Ebgames used to have the best return policy. If you bought the game, didn't like it, you could return it. Unfortunetly too many jerk offs abused the policy, and they took it away. I still get all my games there because I like the service. The people there know me, and heck they even pre order stuff for me before i ask, they just know exactly what i want.
