I can confirm Black's is very fast. Depending on how many pictures you need developed.
My buddy had about a dozen and he was able to pick it up in an hour. You pay a little more for the hour but it was marginal for him.
Oh but he went to the store in person.

What's the fastest place I get my digital photos developed?
I think I read somewhere that it was Black's, but if someone can confirm that would be great.
I'm hoping I can upload my photos tonight and have them ready for me to pick up by tomorrow night.

Should be even faster on web..._______________

There are express machines(s) which print faster and I think it costs 35c each. I think it really depends how long it takes to print other people's pictures before printing yours.

Blacks and Walmart use the same online system for digital photo development. I signed up for both of them on the weekend to take advantage of the 25 free prints (10 from Blacks, 15 from Sir Wally) and they were both finished and ready for pickup in 90 minutes...not quite the hour they advertise, but pretty good.
Blacks costs TWICE as much as Walmart, and when I picked them up from there, I asked why there was a price difference. Of course I got the whole spiel about better quality, different development process, etc etc etc. However, at least for the University Plaza Blacks vs the Ancaster Walmart, there is almost no difference in print quality. Unfortunately, I got a matte finish on one and a glossy on the other, so I'm not quite comparing apples to apples yet, but it's close enough to not be worth the extra money for me._______________

I would go to Wal-Mart LAST ... I hear all kinds of complaints about the service you get there (or lack of).
At Black's you'll definitely get the service but you're paying for it in the prints.
Shoppers is $0.29 prints and the majority of them are available during any hours for printing._______________

Going into a Shoppers Drug Mart,
I usually get my prints in 5 minutes.
Depends if there are any other customers there.
But, try going early or late._______________
