I agree, tenderloin is my favourite cut. Some say its got no flavour, mine has flavour when I cook it.
But I did just buy a whole boneless rib at Costco and its super yummy. We ended up with 16 1.5" steaks for $138. I dont like my ribs too thick because its too much to eat. Tomorrow a couple will be going in the smoker, cant beat the taste
