Whats the laws on making raffle tickets for charities or groups?
Whats the laws on making raffle tickets for charities or groups?
I know that gambling is illegal... eg. sporting bets (booky's), back door casinos etc.
But what if a organization say a church, wants to realize money for something?
Are they allowed to make a raffle selling tickets for a draw to win some sort of prizE?_______________
