You're probably looking for a perforator. Printers usually don't have a perforator built-in. The paper on flight tickets are already perforated before they go into the printer.

Laser and inkjet printers are designed to use individual sheets of paper. Most will handle smaller, special sizes of paper stock. So you may want to consider getting paper that's sized to your needs.

Although more expensive you might want to look at Dot Matrix Printers that use continuous paper and usually have a serrated edge where the paper comes out to facilitate "ripping off" just the amount of paper that has been printed.

You can also get printers that are designed for specific purposes like printing receipts.
