What's the rule: CT money earning on dual-tender purchases at Gas Bar

Does anybody know the rule on this?

If you pay by CC only, you do not get CT Money.

If you pay by Cash (or other forms of cash), you get CT Money.

At some ratio...if you pay by cash AND by CC...you still get CT Money...but at other ratios., you do not.

Example: Yesterday I filled up. Paid $33 with CT GC, then paid the remaining $30 with CC., I got full CT Money back.

Other times I was told the till reported I wasn't to get any CT Money back.

I usually have sufficient CT GC on hand., but the rare occurrence does present when I have a little GC left, and don't have the time (or it's a busy line) to buy another GC then and there, so I'll pay the remainder by CC.

Correct me if im wrong but i believe you get max CT dollars if you use your CT Options Mastercard.
