if you're going to do local deals, it'd be best to meet at a neutral place and to pay in cash.
that way you get to inspect the item for yourself and the seller 100% gets the cash
in all honesty i wouldn't do EMT at all as it's too easy to get scammed off that
PAypal is a little better..but only slightly as it's easy to get scammed there as well
the best is a person to person trade

Don't do anyone any favours in terms of payment.
At the end of the day, it's your money.
Their a seller, so what ... what if they were the buyer, how would they react and what would they ask?
That's how I feel about it, but then again I don't scam people so I wouldn't know that end :P
Sorry to hear, that's not right. Believe in Karma, I do.

Contact the police. There will be records of his IP address and the electronic payment. Let him know you mean business. Press charges if you can.

Sorry to hear. But for local, just pay with cash.

Please list the steps you took to protect yourself.
Did you check users feedbacK?
I personally would've been satistifed with the prompt replied pms' but no feedback and no contact via telephone for ANYTHING OVER 100, is a nono for me.
Sorry, but I think you were a little loose in your trust.
HAS THIS USER BEEN ADDED TO THE SCAM LIST?
