What's your Camera Collection?

Hey all,

What cameras do you own/use regularly?

I'm looking to get back into photography... Looking possibly for a DSLR/mirrorless and a small pocket camera/mega zoom.

Currently I own an iPhone 7 plus. In the past I've had a Canon Xsi.

Thanks

If you do, welcome back into this fun hobby!

I have a point & shoot Fujifilm camera, a mirrorless Fuji camera & a Nikon DSLR. I have a retired old Sony mirrorless and a Sony QX100 that I don't know where to categorize that...

I always try to pick one of the Fuji first unless I need my Nikon. So in my case, the size, the EVF and the look & feel of the camera matter quite a lot. Image quality is of course the most important, but with camera now a day being so good, any camera won't let you down.

Besides my cell phone, I have a Sony A6000 (circa 2014) and a Rolleiflex 3.5E Xenotar (circa 1958).

It’s a decent camera but I miss having a dslr. I also want a small pocket camera with a large optical zoom. An iPhone won’t do those things.

I have to admit, I have a thing for film SLR's. Put a K1000 or an old Yashica in front of me and I can't help myself. I love the way the film advance lever feels and opening up the back and watching (and feeling) the shutter curtain move at different settings. These are precision instruments. Sadly, I haven't taken a picture with any of them in a long time.

^ The Yashicas were great. Excellent optics but not a "favourite" of the pros, so they could often be found for very cheap.
