When are the prices CHEAP for all-inclusive vacations in the Carribeans?

I'm planning on vacationing somewhere in the south next year..so I'm looking for a decent price..I don't care about when it is, but I prefer during the summer. What are the best travel agencies to go to for all-inclusive vacations?

I know that there are some disadvantages for "cheap" fares (ie. Hurricane season).. but hey..it doesnt hurt to be curious!

My parents always seem go late March... after the kids are back to school, and before the University students are off. so between late March and mid April.. u're bound to get something good for the carribean...
