Where to buy ATI silencer in GTA?

Hi there,

I got this ATI X600 PCI Express video card but it is loud as hell.
I am either looking for an effective silencer solution or buy a regular PCI card without a fan.

I am not much of a gamer and all I look for in a video card is to keep up with the media center computer needs (ie PVR, good TV out) etc. I think if I go this route what is the minimum amount of video ram I might need since the PCI express has 256MBs on it.

Also is there any PCI Express card that has no fans with video out.
