barcelona chairs
I got a great deal for some high quality ones in Montreal. These guys are distributors and they're phasing out their furniture so they have them available to the public for $450.00. I picked up a set of black ones, they're leather all around. The gentleman Gary was very friendly, but the place was an actual warehouse. Not your typical store. Message me if you want their contact.

I'll let you know now, Eternity Modern's Barcelona Chair DOES NOT have good quality.
I purchased a pair of them for my parents this Christmas and ended up returning them.
Their sole-called "upholstered in 100% genuine leather" is actually leather match so the cushion sides and back arent' real leather.
I was so disappointed...when I called back to complain they tried to upsell me to their Aniline leather, which apparently is their 'fully upholstered leaterh' version. When I went to drop off my return (I'm in Vancouver) I took a look at their Aniline Barcelona chair and it did not look any better in quality.
I'm now looking into purchasing from iFNMODERN or Rove Concepts.
iFNModern apparently opened their showroom recently. I have a viewing appointment this week so if anyone is interested I'll let you know how their quality is.
They gave me this video about their Barcelona Chair replica in comparison to others.....

Has anybody purchased from http://barcelonachairstoronto.com and can comment on quality? Pictures, comparisons? I am very interested but would prefer not to go to Markham to see the chair in person. A couple of positive comments and ill be convinced

Judging by the video this is no different than eternities, RoveConcepts has the best version that I have seen with no corner seams on all corners just like the original. The ifnmodern one I saw at their showroom was very bulky and the cushions were chunky reminded me of the one I saw at moes home

Eternity Modern
If anyone is wondering about eternity modern, I purchased a BRNO chair in black from them when I moved into a new condo a while ago.
Information on this place seemed to be non-existent when I first ordered, so I thought I would share my experience:
It came to just under $400 (shipping was included, tax was not)
and the chair was great. But I then changed my mind after having the chair only a few days (wanting the white besides the black one) So I then got to test the no hassle 14 day return policy they offer.
Everything went well, and I am actually waiting for the white chair to arrive right now.
So if anyone was wondering about eternity modern it seems to be an okay place. My chair was very heavy, and seemed of good quality. They even sent me samples of the leather prior to me ordering. On top of that, they let me return my item with no questions asked. I just had to repackage it in the way they had originally done (easy since I hadn't thrown away the packaging)
Here is a pic of the chair before i sent it back.

Can anyone post actual pictures of barcelona chairs along with the price (preferably a good deal). This thread was started as a forum for where to get a good deal on a barcelona chair but has since devolved into a bunch of newbies flaming each other on where "not" to buy a chair. Go figure.

IMHO, the problem with buying a replica vs the licensed real thing is that corners have to be cut somewhere. The metal thickness may be different, the tufting may be different, leather comes in 37 million different combinations, buttons are different size than the original, size is larger/smaller than the original etc. Pick a price and go see it.
My Le Courbousier chaise has lower quality leather but at 1/4 the price. There's probably other differences but you won't know unless you've owned a real one.
