Newbie
Redline Heavy Shockproof can be found at the JRP warehouse store in Mississauga and at Tires 23 in Mississauga.
Both are around the $15-16 per quart

I'm just curious why you want the synthetic formula? (Is it a personal preference?)
I did a google search a minute ago and a lot of people liked the Syncroshift I better. GM dealer would have it. Easier to find, available and supposedly "better recommended."
BTW, It's just FYI. I'm not trying to tell you want you should get. Just trying to be helpful.

It gives my car just the right mixture for my tranny. My car can be a very picky little b!tch when it comes to what liquids I feed her :/
The GM dealer one your talking about is actually BM Syncromesh, which is now ACDELCO sycromesh.
Actually, does anyone know where I can get Penozoil Syncromesh? It's exactly the same as BM (and cheaper)but since I can't find BG it will have to do.

Yeah I know what you mean. My car is a little picky sometimes and that's exactly why I have the Synco in my 91 Jetta.
I know Lordco has it here in Vancouver... but when I did a price to price comparision. I paid $21.54 at the GM dealer for 2 qt and the Penozoil came out to be 19 something (for 2 qt.) But you are right, the Penozoil is cheaper, I've heard it being way more cheaper, but you probably have to call around to find it. I figured GM dealer on my way home... somewheres else, have to do a special trip. How much would I end up saving?
