Where to buy good Munaka Honey in Toronto?

We want to get some Manuku Honey for our kid who is not eating / sleeping very well. We heard good things about it.

Anyone have any experience on what brand and type of Manuka Honey for kids?

I heard that President's Choice has it and is not that expensive.
I also found some in a nutrition store inside Markville Mall, but they are very expensive (approx $50 for a small bottle ... 250g UMF 20+). They also have the 500g UMF 10+ selling at roughly the same price.

The problem is, I have no idea which type my daughter should try. And what brand / type is good for kids.

Any idea?

I pickup manuka honey for my mother at Ambrosia on Doncaster (Yonge and Steeles). I don't know the brand or how good it is for kids but the one I get is $30. They've got all kinds there--it's a health food store.

Hello, I recently done a topic regarding this honey

http://www.redflagdeals.com/forums/manu ... ey-837810/

I'm not sure if this is stuff is better for kids or not. I hope your daughter gets well soon. Good luck
Thank you for pointing me to that thread.

I am learning about UFM and MGO ... and the difference between them ....

Still a bit confused ... but based on what I have read ... I think I will shop for UMF Manuka Honey.... something between UMF 10+ to UMF 16+ should be good for daily consuming for kids .... UMF 20+ or 25+ will be too strong.

The PC Manuka Honey doesn't have UMF or MGO label ... so I will pass.
