Yes, you can buy one at Canadian Tire, but the size(s) they stock may not fit your vehicle, depending on where the anchor points are located.
You can also try ebay if you need something specific and don't want to pay the dealer for it.

Where to buy shopping net bag for car trunk?
Hey guys
I've seen a net that you can hook up in your trunk so your groceries don't roll all over the place. Where can you buy this?
Canadian tire?

Canadian Tire has some cargo nets. Wal-Mart and Zellers may have some. You can even go to your local dealer and purchase on of theirs. Only benifit from a dealer net is that it will fit exact.

just grab one from cantire or somewhere for cheap. If you have a car, it will fit (not sure about SUVs or minivans, havent mounted one in those ever..). They're quite stretchy so you can improvise the way you tie it up for a good fit.
