Tons of small computer stores do, there are about half a dozen inside PMall, then west of it, there is CanadaSys. The popular whitebooks to look for nowadays is either ASUS or Compal.

Where to buy whitebook in GTA
I've built a couple of custom PCs and am considering building my own laptop. I'm now realizing that its not quite as easy as building a PC; specifically, I don't know where I can buy a barebones laptop and/or buy a laptop mb for it. I'm pretty sure I can swap out H/Ds and optical/disk drives out but I'm in need of the chassis.
Thanks in advance for any help!

corolis, thanks for the reply. I went on the Asus website and found a few resellers with notebook barebones:

Will sit down and figure out what I want and then go with one of them.
