Where can I buy an HP replacement laptop battery in/near Mississauga? I have an HP DV7 that needs a new battery. I've searched the net and found a million places in Canada with prices starting from $30 mail order in Vancouver to $119 at The Source. I need a quality battery reasonably priced from a reputable seller. Thanks.

eBay. IMO it's not worth it. HP laptops will always blow and only last a hour of runtime.

Jul 26th, 2012 09:14 PM #3I fully agree, however its a friends laptop and he wants a new battery. There is no talking him out of it. He also needs it this week. I bought a battery off ebay for my 10 year old IBM for $30 shipped from China. It took 7 weeks to get here. Its been over a year now and still going strong. Maybe I was just lucky.

Go to a local computer store and have them order it for you. You'll probably get it faster than waiting for eBay shipment.
