You have several options:

1. Buy and Sell on RFD.
2. EBAY
3. Craigslist
4. Getting someone to sign up for a 3 year contract and buying the phone from them.
5. Signing a 3 year contract yourself and paying a subsidized cost for the iphone.

Straight out buying an iphone 8gb you will be looking at 500+.

Ohh.. I forgot one more
6. Cell phone stores. But i would avoid this one because of huge markups.
