Where can I buy a wall mount bottle opener?

I've searched for this on Google and all I get are online sites with ridiculous international shipping fees that cost more than double the price of the actual opener. Does anyone know a particular store in Toronto that may sell wall mount bottle openers at a decent price? Thanks!

Hi,

I take it you've looked in all the stores that sell kitchen gadgets. How about novelty stores or established second hand stores? You do realize that most people under the age of 40 don't even know what a wall mounted bottle opener looks like. You may have to make a trip into the U.S. to get one. Or eliminate the international shipping costs by using Kinek.

Not sure what a decent price is - but I have this one (actually a couple)

22.45 from the Steam Whistle online store - since you're in Toronto you could go to the Roundhouse brewery store. Also at this time of year the liquor store usually has this opener bundled with a couple of beers for ~$30.

+ 1

We got this one as a gift for a friend. They still use it religiously. By far a great purchase.

I picked this up last year and use it all the time. It looks cool IMO and works very well, catches the caps and can either be permanently attached to a wall with screws or magnetic surface. Surprisingly, the magnets work very well. It has never once came off the fridge unless I wanted it to. The cap catching cup pulls off for easy emptying. I think I'm going to go look for another one today. I haven't seen them yet this year, but will head to a larger LCBO than my local where they have oodles of gift packs.

I also have the steamwhistle one. it's awesome, and I get tons of comments on it.

Free tip - if you're putting it on your fridge... apply some gasket maker to the magnets/screws/sharp edges. It will make it "grippy", as well as prevent scratching your fridges finish.
