Where can I finance a camcorder?
Specifically, I'm hoping to snag an Elura 100 before they're all gone (Canon discontinued them). I was hoping Dell would have them, but they just have lower-quality Canon models. Thanks!

I guess there's nothing wrong with what you say, but don't sell me 'there can't be better ways.' Tell the captain 'this boat's not safe, we're drowning', turns out he's the one making waves.

Thanks for the info. I'm expecting it to cost more than $500... might be worth it for me to order one from the U.S. for quite a bit less.

What is so special about the Elura 100 vs other brands (3CCD Panasonic, and Sony models?).
I have not bought a new camcorder in a few years after I bought my PV-GS200 3CCD Panasonic, so I am always looking for new things for friends, etc.

From what I've read, the Elura 100 is by far the best camera for the price. For specifics, check out the Elura 100 review at camcorderinfo.com.
