Where can I find Shirataki noodles in the GTA?

Has anyone seen any places in the GTA where I could buy some Japanese Shirataki noodles?

These things are becoming popular in the U.S.. They are sugar-free, gluten-free, cholesterol-free, dairy-free, and even have 10% calcium.

I don't know if you ever found the info, but most Chinese grocers have them. I know T&T Supermarket at Bathurst and Centre Street has them.

Yup. That's where I get them. Only 2 bucks a pack for the spaghetti or Fettucini Tofu Shiritakis. The first place I found them was the low carb grocery store but T&T is much cheaper.

I usually have them with PC vegetarian bolonaise sauce -- that stuff is amazing for something that doesn't have meat in it.

Wikipedia says these are the same as konnyaku noodles? I used to eat these konnyakul yam noodles that are refrigerated and are packaged in liquid. They were tasty but a bit expensive. You really can't tell they barely have any calories. How does this dry shiritaki version compare?

Also are there non-tofu versions of shiritaki noodles?

If someone could take a picture of the package and post it for these noodles purchased at T&T I'd appreciate it.

Any asian market will have them. I have a feeling they would have them at superstore too but I'm not 100% sure.
