Have you tried Meineke? They have an awesome deal on oil changes right now. $19.99 is really darn hard to beat.

A Z06 Corvette has a dry sump engine, I think it takes 12 liters or something like that. 7L sounds like maybe an Audi 2.7l V6.
Can't you just buy the extra liter yourself and tell them to put it in?

ROFL

But seriously it's reasonable/normal that most oil change prices include only ~5L of oil. Paying more because there is more oil that has to go in, should be expected. If the OP really wants to save money, they should consider changing the oil themselves instead of looking for "the cheapest" place to do it. Looking for the cheapest is usually not the best idea.

no, 1999 caddy sts with 4.6L nordstar engine
thanks, i'll try it
it start from 19.99
plus extra oil - will be $30-35 total + tax
usually nobody allow it.
my truck takes 40 quarts - approx 35 liters and $230 for full service - oil and 4 filters. engine cummins ISX.
I do it, but very hard to change oil in apartment building underground parking if your car have low clearance.
and no inspection pit there.....
