Where do you guys buy snow tires? (GTA)
Where do you guys look for snow tires, good tires for a good price?
in GTA
I heard Canadian Tire snow tires aren't that great.
I have a Civic 2006 btw if that helps. Not sure if I should get 15or 16".
Also do they usually provide rims or are those bought separately from the tires?
thanks

It has nothing to do with where you buy the tires. It has everything to do with brand you buy.
Canadian Tire actual has pretty good deals here and there when it comes to tires.
Generally Michelin, Goodyear and BF Goodrich are pretty good, but you usually pay a bit more for the Michelins and Goodyears.

Don't forget kids, on RFD it's not about your experience, it's about what you get paid.

Costco or Cdn Tire offer several brands that should meet your budget.
15 or 16 inch will depend on the size of the current tires.
Rims would not be included, but would be extra cost.
As I recall, Costco includes installation and balancing of new tires, so factor that into the cost.

you can also try http://tiretrends.com/.
The winter steelies will come separately, but there are some packages on the site.
I would buy a 15" wheel. Cheaper tires and better winter performance, so long as it will fit on your car.

Put down some money to save your life in winter. Put some dough down for some Blizzaks by Bridgestone. Best money you can spend.
