Where to drop off Construction Garbage Disposal

I am looking to get around 10 Garbage bags disposed created from my recent window expansion concrete cut outs.
Markham city says they don't pick renovation garbage.
Where and How can I dispose them?
KIndly advise. Thanks

The waste depot on Elgin Mills is cheap, pay by load not weight last time I was there (3 years ago) Think its $10-20 per load for residents, no large trucks/cargo vans allowed.

Most GTA areas if not all pay by weight. Do not go in winter when your bed is full of snow and trash.

Possibly scales were down when I was there but guy just asked postal code to ensure resident and took $10....didn't pay on way out like most dumps.
