Where to get pants dyed in GTA?

I have a pair of pants which cost me over $200. Got some paint stuck on it which even the drycleaner couldn't get out. It's black and white and has a black lining. Now I want to dye it black to see if I can rescue it. Are there any places that dye clothes? I don't want to spend more than $25 though.

Considering that its paint, dying it wouldn't do too much since the texture will still be different and you'll be able to tell when the sun hits it. Look up some methods to remove paint rather than covering it up.

or maybe, depending on the pant stains, u can add some here adn there and make it less out of place
