Where is my Harmony Remote from Dell?

Hi, I purchased a Harmony remote from Dell during their last "10 days of Dell" promotion. It was originally supposed to arrive on June 20th, but that day has come and gone. I just got off the phone with Dell support and they don't know what the status is with this product. They're not even sure if it's still in production.

Has anyone else actually received their remote? It seems pretty crappy that they'd have a special on a product that they don't have in stock.
