As my title states, does anyone know any stores or places where I can purchase those cheap basic single-axis polishers?

Something similar to those average Chicago Electric polishers that can spin from 600-3000RPM on sale @ Harbour Freight?

I checked Princess Auto who are supposed to be similar to Harbour Freight, but they dont have any similar units.
