White cedars

Just got a load of white cedars planted on each side of my property, i noticed a fews later after watering regulary, the trees are turning brownish in colour, is this normal or do I need to add some fertilizer of sorts to help them stay green?
Any suggestions from the experts out there?

Brown = transplant stress and/or mechanical damage.

White cedars are usually super tough, just leave them alone till next year. No water or fertilizer needed, we got lots of rain.
