I was driving into the underground parking at work in a business building. Passing the garage door comes a 'T' shape way. After I got to the end I saw a car at my right side. The drive way is very narrow and impossible for both car turn in a normal way. Both of us stopped.
I thought since I was making a left turn, which has more space than his right turn to maneuver. So I try to turn my car, but unable to make the enough space to go through after a few times back and forth. In the whole process, this 50 old something white guy sit in his car, shaking his head. So I suggest him to move back l little bit. In my surprise, he refused to move his car back and said, I should back my car at first and let him turn right since I was trying to get in and he was getting out. All though I'm a little pissed off, but still trying to make peace so I said to him,” I’m sorry but I thought I could let you out". Then, he shook his head, turned to the gap of pole, which happened no car parking there, and drove out, instead of moving back his car, in a snobbish way.

I wonder who has the right of way in this case.

The question is did both of you stop at the same time? If so, then he had the right of the right way because he is to your right and you both stopped at the same time.

reversing and trying to turn forward is so stupid, with all that effort you should have just let him go first.

I'm going to venture a guess your driving is probably as bad as your grammar and you were in the wrong.

None of us could turn without moving back in that narraw way of underground parking. My intention was to move forward and see if there is enough space for him to turn. That might be my mistake.

The rule should be, whoever has the smaller easier to maneuver car should go first.

If it's close and there are no witnesses, it's the left turner who's going to be at fault if there is a collision. On any left hand turn - discretion is the better part of valour.
