Who knows whether there is a cap on MBNA Rewards

I have already Scotia AMEX Gold, so I need another one or two backup cards.
MBNA SMART CASH: cap on 1250$ (did not know when applied it)
Amazon.ca Visa: 1%, no extended warranty.

So, I am thinking of changing the SC to MBNA Rewards, who knows there is a CAP on Rewards or no?

No cap. But it's a 1% card so that's why. They do have a 2% MBNA Rewards card, but it apparently difficult to obtain (invite only).
Can you believe it? They sent my income tax return forms back to me! In response to question # 4, "Do you have any dependants?" I replied - "2.1 million illegal immigrants, 1.1 million crack heads, 4.4 million unemployable people, 901 thousand people in over 85 prisons, and 650 idiots in Parliament.
Apparently, this was NOT an acceptable answer.

Who the hell did I miss?

There is no cap on the Amazon. It doesn't have extended warranty, but I use my Scotia Gold when I want to purchase someone for which I'd care about extended warranty.

Amazon.ca Visa is only good for non-warranty-requirement cases. MBNA Rewards carries extended warranty. What's more, MBNA Rewards 1 $ = 1 pt, 100 pt = 1 $ in rewards. Scotia Amex Gold, 1 $ = 1 pt (non gas, grocery, entertainment), 125 pt = 1 $ in rewards (cash).

Donc MBNA Rewards is 1%
Scotia Amex is 0.80%

That is why I want to have a MBNA Rewards instead of Smart Cash for all the other purchases with warranty and 1% cashback.
As for Smart Cash, the 5% promotion or the 2% afterwards are not so attractive for me, I need a no-cap rewards which carries at least 1% cashback.

The problem with MBNA is that's an extreme pain to claim your extended warranty on anything, and they purposedly make it so.

You might want to consider Capital One's Aspire Cash Platinum.

Got it, going to forget MBNA.
For extended warranty, I gonna use Scotia Amex.
SC just for Gas/Grocery where Amex is not accepted.
Amazon Visa for everything else.

That's exactly what I use.

Scotia Amex: Gas, grocery, entertainment 1 $ = 4 pt, cashback = 3.2% (125 pt = 1 $ in rewards). Others 1 $ = 1 pt (0.8% cashback)
SC: Grocery, Gas, 2% cashback (within 6 months promotion, 5%), others 1% (1250 $ cap)
Amazon Visa: 2% on Amazon.ca, 1 % all others no cap.
