who wears LRG here?
if you do, maybe you can help me out
have there been any sighting of fake LRG anywhere? or is their stuff not "expensive" enough (can't find the right word) to make fakes like bapes?
take a look at the pics in these links:

have any of you seen these before?
apparently they're a few seasons old, so is it possible that these are fake? LRG wasn't as well-know a few years ago, so i'm guessing these are 100% real, but i wanted some confirmation...
thanks

i have seen a LRG fake t shirt at Winners. the way i could tell was looking at the tags, it didnt have the same ones as an authentic. it just had a plain white made in china tag. anyway it is a popular brand so definitely there will be fakes. as for the pictures, they're kinda blurry and not close enough so i can't really tell.

I have tons of LRG legit stuff, The 1st pic you have looks kind of like legit LRG shirts but kinda hard to tell. Its hard to tell. I have heard there are fakes circulating tho. You just have to know where the stuff came from. I heard from some dude working @ a store in florida that the reason its so hard to locate authentic LRG stuff is cuz they change their style or colour lineup every 3 to 4 weeks, which could explain why thier demand is so high.

i'm pretty sure those shirts are legit.. that white one..that says roots peopel i actually have, they are from a couple years ago..
and to the guy who said you saw fake lrg shirt at winners, i doubt it, the tags have just changed over the years. It used to be just a normal tag, witout the lining on the inside of the neck.
I doubt there is fake LRG, but maybe... they are honestly not expensive enough to make fakes of, and theyre shirts are so detailed, logos on back/front, stitched work...theres no reason to make fakes, theyre market is just not big enough for that

Yes there are fakes of LRG dude. When LRG wasn't so mainstream it was very sought after streetwear. Then they sold out on the underground and now focus only on making $$$. Anyway, yeah there are fakes, just not as many as you'd see with other huge brands.

Anyone know any stores downtown Toronto that sell legit LRG gear, I know a store 'boathouse' (young/16th ave.) I picked up an lrg sweater there, but their selection was limited.
Anyone know any stores that also sell unique/urban hip hop clothing especially hoodies (nothing like phat farm/roca wear) but like LRG, CLH, Revolver (http://www.wesoldout.com/product_inf...oducts_id=880).
thanks.

best selection of lrg is at uptowns, that little street where boathouse is located. the service is pretty bad though but the prices are better than boathouse.

lol...im pretty sure winners doesn't sell fake stuff...
Might be end of line (or whatever you call it) when they run out of some materials and just make crappier shirts and sell them at outlets (not bothering to put all the tags on it).

LRG Dead Serious Skeleton Hoodies - Out Now
Dead Serious Skeleton hoodies came ount last week and sold out faster than the Ps3's that were released on Nov. 17th. Its rumored that they only manufactured 7000 to 9000 worldwide, so consider yourself lucky if you can find one. (Will post pics of this later)
I've seen 1 or 2 members selling them on here so I know they've made their way here. I've even seen some of them sell for as high as $600 at 1 particular online auction site.
I'm getting a few for X-mas but if anyone has one or has seen it please share your thoughts and opinions.

I can't believe people actually like the Dead Serious hoody, I wouldn't wear it for anything other than a Halloween costume. Only 7-9 thousand produced? That's a damn lot, shouldn't be all that hard to cop one if you know where to look. I'm guessing most of the interest is based on hype similar to the Day of the Dead Dunks.

Da Zone on Queen sells LRG, as does the clothing store by Bay & Edward (Toronto) called Uptown (as previously mentioned.) Da Zone's selection rivals Uptown IMO.
Fakes are found at flea markets and some mall carts.

People are going crazy over it because it's LRG. The concept has been done before by other brands, and as you said, 7000-9000 isn't that limited. I can think of other hoodies of similar or much higher quality that are as limited and in a similar price range (to the inflated eBay prices.)

alright..to sum up where to buy lrg...u can buy them almost anywhere if u live in toronto. the other day i went to markville mall, and theres a store upstairs that sells the nicest lrg tees ive ever seen, but they're all too big. yesterday, i went to fairview mall, theres a small place downstairs thats in a little hallway, almost hidden where the dairy queen used to be. theres actually 3 places there that sell lrg, one that sells tees, other 2 sell jackets. lastly, at centerpoint mall, theres also a place i bought an lrg tee, its called Xpressjeans i think. prices are good, they sell BBC,lrg, bape(fake probably) and lots of urban where. the tee was priced at 52, i told him id buy for 40 (highest) and he sold it to me for 40.
im 3 for 3 now in finding lrg tees whereever i go. plus, dun get into buying the $30 lrg tees. apparantly at uptowns they sell $30 lrg tees but they rnt stitched, and are the newer, cheaper tees. the older ones are sooo much nicer.
ps: at the place at centerpoint, they had BBC hoodies for under $100!
