After watching that link I saw on MacRumors, coldfustion on YouTube. My home screen doesn't look boring with standard apps.

It's a start, baby steps. I have BobClockD3 and Simple Text. I'm a rookie at this that it took me an hour. LOL

The otterbox defender works wonders. The issue is that it makes the phone even bigger.
Canada computers had it for 49+tax a few days ago.

Another slight annoyance is that the case comes with a screen protector that doesn't fit tight with the screen, it makes you tap twice on some cases and I think it also throws of the pen sometimes.
This should be easily fixed with a custom screen protector though.

I got a generic rubber back case for $18. I accidentally dropped it from about 5 feet off the ground and it wasn't damaged and the case doesn't have any scratches or marks on it.

It was only $21 but it did take about 5 business days to get to me since it came from the US.I used the Spen on it and there is not a single line/"scratch" from the S0Pen on it. My old note's screen protector has scratches/lines from the pen within a few days though it was pretty damn cheap. For those who may get the protector I have the link to make sure to do not put a lot of the liquid it came with because I have streaks from it. It got a bit better but at first even with max brightness it was noticeable. Now I can barely see it with half brightness though its more noticeable if I'm on a black screen.

Those of you on Bell do you have a hard time getting on LTE? In my home area and work area I can't get LTE but I was at my buddy's place near Warden and Steeles and the phone switched to LTE fine.

For my home and work areas I have to force it into LTE but then it switches back to HSPA after a bit (usually if I let it idle/deep sleep) but then never switches back to LTE after waking up. According to the Bell tech support, she said my phone was connecting to a farther tower then the one beside my house for some reason. She said to monitor it for a week and call back in.

which area do you live in? I used to have that problem but seems like Bell just added a new LTE tower near my place but it does keep hopping between H+ and LTE..

Are you using an app to quick launch applications?
I can't imagine you going to the apps menu and then digging though the list to open the app you want. I'd find it pretty annoying.

It might be stock but sounds like it's rooted and/or has custom recovery put on it. You tend to get the modified message when you trip the flash counter which can be done by performing root/recovery. You can reset the counter to 0 by purchasing Chainfire's Triangle Away app from the Play Store.

I don't do any of that. I just use Apps and Widgets to customize it.
