My wife just bought a canon DSLR from them online
but after reading some of the reviews on this site, I starts to worry about the camera.
Does Aden carry REAL stuff or r they from grey market?
should I worry?

They are authorized dealers, nothing to worry about. If you want to return your camera, different story, but they have very good prices.

The few times I have been to Blacks, I've been pretty impressed. Great service and very knowledgeable people. I never shop at Aden, just price match their prices at Henry's.

Price Match
The way I see it, without Aden Camera's low prices on the Internet, we won't get good deals at Black's or anywhere else.

I bought a 7D body from the same Aden store as the OP. I had not read this thread or had any previous experience with Aden before. When I asked about their store warranty, the sales guy laughed and said "what store warranty?". Other than that, nothing to report on customer service. He seemed helpful.

I was buying a Sony Alpha Vertical Grip!!!
SAME EXACT EXPERIENCE
WEBSITE SAYS ON THING THE PEOPLE BEHIND COUNTER SAY SOMETHING ELSE.
Whats even more lame is the one further south on younge street is soooooooooooo bad.
I was waiting in line and the younger guy behind the counter was just standing there, so i asked, what is the price on this?
he pointed to his mom and said 'ask her'. I was ready to drop 3k on a nikon d3 and i stopped because of someone being stupidly rude.
I wont go back to aden again........

if you guys are talking about the old guy i think i know who he is... and yes he's the boss even though his sons do a lot of the management now. they do business with people who know what they're getting and what they want. the boss is actually quite funny if you get to know him, especially when you work with him xD and all prices on the sales floor should always match the website price, sometimes instore specials too. i didn't know that my stores' service is viewed so poorly... and i'm totally new, find me and i'll be sure to treat you with respect LOL

I agree with you. Recently had the same experience. I bought a Canon 5D Mark II, they never mention about their return policy to anyone. I didn't open and use the camera, I want to get a refund because I change my mind for a smaller camera. They can definitely take it back and resell it. But they only do exchange the same product if defective. They also stop answer my question from email.
I will never buy anything from Aden Camera again! Very unhappy! Worse customer service.

My sister was buying a camera at Blacks and the salesperson went online to see what Aden was charging for it and gave my sister the lower price, she didn't ask for her to check or anything lol
