Seriously, next time, look at the nutritional info and pull up the Tim Horton's menu and compare. They are both a 80g serving and they are the same kcal and fat.

EDIT: I'm wrong, the T&T bun is 20% higher kcal and fat than a Timmy's Boston Cream:

2 things,

1 it says the fat is 7g IN A 100g serving (tims is 6g in 80g serving). So if you do basic math you learned in high school it has 5.5g of fat. IF THAT WAS ACCURATE NUTRITION FACTS, they can be up to 20% off if i am right (or more). Common sense eating it will tell you it doesn't have much fat. It's simple to a plain bun with custard filling. Unless you really thing that a donut has the same amount of calories as a bun.

2 i really hope you know someone just logged in that website and made it up, t&t doesn't release nutrition facts on their bakery items. Its made IN HOUSE (its different every day)

i'd say this more accurate per 100g bun
http://www.fatsecret.com/calories-nutri ... ustard-bun

Which is closer to 180cals and 4g of fat for a 80g serving.

Commons sense says it's a sweet bun made with lots of butter, sugar and yolks, and custard is cream and yolks. Sorry, not diet food, face it.
