Will I get toe drag? - snowboard boots

though depends on your bindings

some bindings have lifted front section/toe area so your toes are lifted higher off the board and won't touch the snow when you do toe side

I'm going to be gearing up on forum republics large... the toes currently hang over about 2cm and heel about 1cm

you will be fine. Remember, your bindings should be set to an angle on both feet anyways (your feet naturally point outwards, so your bindings should too). That will reduce the potential for toe drag as well. but in any case, you will be fine.
