Who in this world would list thier condo for 30% more rent on top of already jacked up prices and keep it idle
They will play balanced and increase $50 or $100 max and observe or keep it same
Atleast it paying for itself

There are landlords bragging here that rents have already got up that much in the last year.
Im not so sure the fundamentals of the market were ready to support this.
Risk goes back on the landlord for default. And with min wage hike things might get rough.

People on here have been arguing for years that RE was over valued because rent did not sustain prices. They declared prices will go down because of it. They were wrong, rent went up, a lot. Regardless of how you feel about the future this is what has happened.

Small business tax is to be reduced to 9% from 11% by 2019, inline with min wage increase.

Good step, this is for those who expects small stores will be closed

SF costs even more but they also pay more, the states generally pay more
