Nowhere
I doubt they will be issuing news cards and I doubt that the discount will work once the formal liquidation begins as the liquidation will be conducted by a liquidator, not Target.

sure, you can still sign up but getting a card now would be a waste of time imo.

I'm a few dollars away from requesting a gift card from RBC. I guess the likelihood RBC will issue one AND I'll be able to use it is low...?

The liquidation will not happen in store. Target already has 3rd party sources that they liquidate their items to. Everyone is getting excited about 'deals' but the truth of the matter is that they will continue to operate as usual until they end up liquidating everything to a few large businesses. The average individual is not going to end up purchasing much from Target between today and their demise.

keep in mind it takes a month or so for your red card to arrive after signing up before you can get to use it. and signing up is a lengthy process.

I went the other way, I've called and cancelled my card and asked for a confirmation letter, while I still could. The rep said the letter would be sent tomorrow and should take 7-10 days to arrive.
