Will wearing glasses with the wrong PD damage the eyes?

I just received my sales glasses from clearly contacts today, however, I noticed that my eyes seem to focus inward to the center instead of looking straight, I guess the PD I entered is a bit too short. Is there any side effect of wearing glasses with the PD a bit off?

you will not go cross eye because your PD is a little off... it just means your eyes aren't positioned correctly for the focus point

did you measure the PD yourself? a good optometrist should've filled out the entire chart for u (relevant for glasses or contacts)

an incorrect PD will not cause any real harm, however it is very likely to cause eyestrain, headaches and fatigue, blurred vision, and possible double vision depending upon the prescription.

You get what you pay for, I would return the glasses and demand a refund.

It is the responsibility of whomever is designing the glasses/lenses to measure things like the PD and seg heights, not your optometrist.

where's yours? Your comment is far more useless than theirs, so if i were you, i'd keep my mouth shut.

Anyways, just ask your supplier.
