Willowdale Motors- Daewoo Dixie 401
Anyone buy or deal with these two dealerships?
I am looking at a car from either one and am deciding if one of them is better to buy from? or if one is 'shady'
I'm from Burlington and don't want to drive down to WILLOWDALE MOTORS. So i may just take the train from here to Union and check it out on a weekend.

Considering Daewoo pulled out of Canada years ago, I just assumed that dealership was shady for continuing to use the name.

The dealership is not shady just because they are using the Daewoo name that they paid $200,000 for, to soon discover that the president stole BILLIONS of dollars from the company, causing Daewoo to go bankrupt.
I bought a Daewoo Lanos when they first were available in Canada. I've got to say, it was the best car I've had. No problems. Sporty looking and it had its own version of Honda vTech (Etech). The only reason I sold my Daewoo was because I knew it would be next to impossible to find parts after GM bought Daewoo's factories and parts inventory.
Now, if they are shady for reasons other than this, this I don't know. But why they still keep up that sign is because they paid a ton of money for the dealership name and thats all they have to show for it. Just thought I'd give people an explanation of why you still see Daewoo signs still up at dealerships.
Hope this helps.
