I have a brand new OEM Win XP Pro x64 Edition that I bought from eBay (proof). I thought I would upgrade but I think I will wait till Vista. So, I have an unused OEM copy of Windows XP x64 Edition FOR SALE.

Local deal is prefered as I am in the centre of the universe; ie. Toronto.

x64? you can only use on the newer processors? or what's the significance of that?

XP 64 can only be used with 64bit compatible processors. AMD Athlon 64 and Intel processors with EM64T shall apply only.

I am currently running a Intel D 820. The only reason I am not installing is because I don't know if all my hardware and software will be compatible. If someone is building their own rig then 64 bit is the best option as by the end of the year Vista will come out.
