Hm ... $29/mo for talk/text/data isn't bad; but I need voicemail ... which bumps it up to $37/mo. Might as well go to the $40 plan to take advantage of WindTab+? But the $40 plan looks just like the regular $40 one...

I joined Wind about a month ago with the Wind40 plan with the $0 Galaxy nexus. Can I switch to the BTS2012 plan? If so, what kind of penalties will there be and what will happen to my windtab?

Crap, I signed up with them a bit over a month ago. Is there any way to switch to this new $40 plan? Voicemail would be nice for the same cost. There's no way I'm paying the $8 addon per month for it.
