Let say you have disk that install network card on motherboard. However computer network work when not install. Should I still install?
Let say window update find network driver from 2003 call VIA Rhine-Family Fast Ethernet Adapter. However computer network work when not install. Should I still install?
Thanks for help out.
What is chipset driver? This is MSI motherboard from Tigerdirect.

Spend $10 and get a used 3COM NIC. Built-in drivers in WinXP.

If it's not broken, why fix it?
It's really up to u if u wanna install the driver or not...I don't install all the drivers, as long as it works, I'm happy with it...haha

If it works then leave it alone. Windows installed the drivers so there's no need to install others.
